Frank is a long time resident of Pelham and a long-time friend and neighbour. It gives me great pleasure to endorse him as mayor. I believe that Frank is well qualified to lead our town into the future. Frank is an active volunteer who presently sits on many Boards. He has extensive experience as a professional fundraiser and has ralsed significant funds for many charitles. He has a plan for the future of our community and will work collaboratively to create a plan that works for Pelham.
